BEST FOR
Post-training routines • Tired-feeling legs • Shoulders • Back • Feet • Targeted massage • Physical work • Long days on your feet
This isn't the tallow we'd reach for as an everyday facial moisturiser.
It's the jar you reach for when the rest of your body has had a big day.
WHAT'S INSIDE — AND WHY
100% Grass-Fed Tallow
The nourishing foundation of the balm. Rich and moisturising, tallow creates the smooth base of Cooling Relief while providing plenty of glide for massaging into targeted areas of the body.
Organic Cold-Pressed Jojoba Oil
A lightweight oil that helps soften the balm and gives it a smooth, easy-to-spread consistency — particularly useful when massaging larger areas like the shoulders, back and legs.
Menthol Crystals — 100% Plant Origin (Peppermint)
The source of that unmistakable cooling sensation. Plant-derived menthol gives Cooling Relief its refreshing feel when massaged into the skin.
Camphor
Works alongside menthol to contribute to the distinctive cooling and warming sensory experience that sets this balm apart from our everyday tallow range.
Black Pepper
Adds a gently warming element to the blend, complementing the cooling ingredients and adding to the sensory experience during massage.
Ginger
Brings another warming botanical element to the formula, helping round out the cooling character of the menthol and peppermint.
Eucalyptus Essential Oil
Adds a fresh, crisp botanical aroma that pairs naturally with the cooling character of menthol and peppermint.
Peppermint Essential Oil
Completes the blend with its unmistakably fresh peppermint aroma and refreshing feel.
Together, these ingredients create something very different from our everyday moisturising tallows — a rich tallow body balm with a refreshing cooling-to-warming experience.
Full ingredients: 100% Grass-Fed Tallow, Organic Cold-Pressed Jojoba Oil, Menthol Crystals (100% Plant Origin — Peppermint), Camphor, Black Pepper, Ginger, Eucalyptus & Peppermint Essential Oil.
HOW TO USE
Take a small amount and warm it between your hands before massaging thoroughly into the desired area.
Use on the shoulders, back, legs or feet after training, physical activity or whenever your body feels like it could use some extra attention.
Start with a small amount — the combination of tallow, menthol and essential oils means you don't need much.
Wash hands thoroughly after application and avoid contact with the eyes, face and other sensitive areas.
For external use only. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
WHEN TO REACH FOR COOLING RELIEF
After Training
Keep it in your gym bag or bathroom and massage into tired-feeling areas as part of your post-training routine.
After a Physical Day
Perfect for those days spent working, lifting, building or simply being on your feet longer than you'd planned.
After Gardening & Weekend Jobs
For when "I'll just do a couple of things outside" somehow turns into six hours.
Before a Massage
The rich tallow and jojoba base provides plenty of glide for working the balm into targeted areas.
At the End of a Long Day
Sometimes you don't need a complicated routine. Just a hot shower, a little Cooling Relief and somewhere comfortable to sit.
WHY OUR TALLOW IS DIFFERENT
Not all tallow is made the same.
Kidney Suet Only
We start with grass-fed kidney suet, carefully selected as the foundation of our skincare tallow.
Rendered Four Times
Our tallow goes through our careful four-stage rendering process to create the clean, smooth base that goes into every jar.
Blended — Never Whipped
We blend our tallow for a rich, silky consistency rather than whipping air through it.
Because air belongs in pavlova, not your tallow.
Made in Australia
Made locally in small batches by our family at Earth Child Essentials.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How is Cooling Relief different from your other tallows?
Our Original, Calendula, Blue Tansy and Lavender Tallows are primarily made for everyday skincare. Cooling Relief has a different job — it's a targeted body balm formulated with menthol, camphor and a warming-cooling botanical blend for a distinctive sensory experience during massage.
Does it feel cold or hot?
Menthol and peppermint provide the refreshing cooling sensation, while ingredients such as black pepper and ginger add a little warmth to the overall experience. How noticeable each sensation feels can vary from person to person.
Can I use it on my face?
We don't recommend it. Cooling Relief has been created for targeted use on the body. For facial moisturising, choose Original, Calendula, Blue Tansy or Lavender Tallow instead.
How much should I use?
Start small. Warm a little between your hands, massage it thoroughly into the desired area and add more only if needed.
Is it still moisturising?
Yes. Grass-fed tallow and jojoba oil form the nourishing base, so you're still getting that rich tallow feel — Cooling Relief simply has a very different purpose from our everyday moisturising range.
When should I use it?
Whenever it fits your routine. We particularly love it after training, physical work, gardening or a long day spent on your feet.
THE JAR FOR THE REST OF YOU
We spend plenty of time thinking about what we put on our faces.
Meanwhile, our shoulders, legs, back and feet are doing most of the hard work.
Cooling Relief is our answer.
Grass-fed tallow. Plant-derived menthol. Warming botanicals. One seriously refreshing body balm.
Made simply. Made properly. Made here in Australia.

BEST FOR
Everyday washing • Hands • Body • Simple skincare routines • Fragrance-free households • Anyone wanting to get back to basics
If you're looking for a soap that smells like vanilla cupcakes, tropical mangoes or an imaginary rainforest...
This isn't it.
It's unscented, uncomplicated and made to do what soap is supposed to do.
WHAT'S INSIDE — AND WHY
Saponified Grass-Fed Beef Tallow
The foundation of our soap.
Tallow has a long history in traditional soap making and creates a firm, substantial bar with a beautifully creamy lather.
It's what gives our Tallow Soap much of its character — simple, traditional and made to last.
Certified Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Paired with our tallow to contribute to the soap's creamy lather and create a beautifully balanced everyday bar.
We use certified organic extra virgin olive oil because when you're keeping an ingredient list this short, every ingredient matters.
French White Kaolin Clay
A fine, gentle clay that complements the tallow and olive oil base while contributing to the smooth feel of the finished bar.
No colour added for show.
No fragrance added because we think soap needs to smell like something.
Just three thoughtfully chosen ingredients doing their job.
Full ingredients: Saponified Grass-Fed Beef Tallow, Certified Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, French White Kaolin Clay.
WHY TALLOW SOAP?
Before shower gels came in plastic bottles with ingredient lists requiring a chemistry degree, soap was pretty simple.
Fat. Lye. Time.
Tallow has been used to make traditional soap for generations because it produces a firm, long-lasting bar with a rich, creamy lather.
Once the soap-making process is complete, the result is something entirely different from the tallow balm sitting beside it in your bathroom.
One moisturises. One cleanses.
Both start with an ingredient humans have been using for a very long time.
HOW TO USE
Wet the bar and work between your hands or directly onto wet skin to create a creamy lather.
Massage over the desired area, then rinse thoroughly with water.
Simple.
To help your bar last longer, allow it to dry properly between uses.
A draining soap dish is your friend.
Leaving it sitting in a puddle of shower water isn't.
HOW TO MAKE YOUR BAR LAST LONGER
Our Tallow Soap is a generous 150g bar, and a little care between uses can help you get the most out of it.
Keep it dry between washes.
Use a soap dish that allows water to drain away rather than letting the bar sit in water.
Give it some air.
Allowing the bar to dry between uses helps keep it firm.
Don't leave it directly under the shower.
Unless you're trying to wash the shower when nobody's in it.
Look after your soap and it'll look after your daily washing for longer.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Does it smell like beef?
No. This is an unscented finished soap bar — not a block of raw tallow. It doesn't contain added fragrance or essential oils.
Is it fragrance-free?
There is no added synthetic fragrance or essential oil blend in this soap. It's intentionally unscented.
Can I use it on my body?
Yes. It's designed as a simple everyday cleansing bar.
Can I wash my hands with it?
Absolutely. Keep one beside the sink and another in the shower.
Can I use it on my face?
The bar can be used for cleansing, but facial skin varies considerably from person to person. If you choose to use it on your face, start gently and see how your skin responds.
Why use tallow in soap?
Tallow has been used in traditional soap making for generations. It helps produce a firm, long-lasting bar with a rich, creamy lather.
Why is there kaolin clay in it?
French white kaolin clay complements the tallow and olive oil base and contributes to the smooth feel and cleansing character of the finished bar.
Why is the bar 150g?
Because we'd rather give you a proper bar of soap.
SOAP DOESN'T NEED A 20-INGREDIENT PERSONALITY CRISIS.
Sometimes simpler really is better.
Grass-fed beef tallow.
Certified organic extra virgin olive oil.
French white kaolin clay.
No synthetic fragrance. No artificial colours. No unnecessary fillers.
Back to basics. The way soap should be.

Just spray it on and make it part of whatever routine you already have.
WHAT'S INSIDE — AND WHY
Magnesium Chloride
The hero of the bottle.
We use magnesium chloride sourced from the Tibetan Plateau, chosen to keep our formula simple and our ingredient list short.
Our supplier sources its magnesium chloride from the Tibetan Plateau, where it is harvested using natural solar energy.
No unnecessary extras. Just the mineral ingredient this product was built around.
Filtered Water
Simple, clean and there for a reason.
Filtered water allows us to turn our magnesium chloride into an easy-to-use topical spray that can be applied directly to the body.
No fragrance needed. No essential oils needed. No long ingredient list needed.
Full ingredients: Magnesium Chloride, Filtered Water.
FROM THE TIBETAN PLATEAU TO YOUR BATHROOM
When a product only has two ingredients, where those ingredients come from matters.
The magnesium chloride we use is sourced from the Tibetan Plateau, where our supplier's magnesium chloride is harvested using natural solar energy.
Back here in Australia, we turn those two simple ingredients into an easy-to-use topical spray that's ready whenever you are.
Nothing unnecessary. Nothing added just to make the label longer.
HOW TO USE
Spray directly onto clean skin and gently massage in.
We particularly like using it on areas such as the legs, shoulders, abdomen and feet as part of an evening or post-training routine.
Allow it to dry before getting dressed.
If you're new to topical magnesium, start with a small amount and see how your skin responds before increasing use.
Avoid the face, eyes, freshly shaved skin, broken skin and other sensitive areas.
For external use only.
WHEN TO REACH FOR IT
After Training
Keep it in your gym bag or bathroom and make a few sprays part of your post-training routine.
After a Physical Day
Whether you've been working, gardening, chasing kids or simply spending all day on your feet, Magnesium Spray is an easy addition to your end-of-day body routine.
Before Bed
Keep it somewhere visible and make it part of your evening wind-down. Spray, massage in, let it dry and you're done.
Whenever It Fits
Morning, evening or somewhere in between.
Because a simple routine you're actually going to use beats an elaborate one you won't.
DOES MAGNESIUM SPRAY TINGLE?
It can — and if you're new to topical magnesium, don't be surprised if you notice it.
Some people experience a tingling, warm or slightly prickly sensation when applying magnesium chloride to the skin, particularly during their first few uses.
If you're new to it, start with a small amount and see how your skin responds.
If the sensation feels uncomfortable, rinse the area with water and use less next time.
And we'd definitely avoid applying it immediately after shaving.
Unless you'd like a very quick reminder of exactly where the razor went.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What's actually in it?
Just two ingredients: magnesium chloride and filtered water.
Where does your magnesium come from?
The magnesium chloride we use is sourced from the Tibetan Plateau.
Is Magnesium Spray the same as magnesium oil?
Magnesium chloride dissolved in water is commonly referred to as "magnesium oil" because it can have a slightly slippery feel on the skin.
Despite the name, there's actually no oil in the bottle.
Does it contain fragrance?
No. There is no added fragrance and no essential oils.
Why does it sometimes tingle?
Magnesium chloride can create a tingling or prickly sensation on some skin. If you're new to topical magnesium, start with a small amount and avoid freshly shaved, broken or irritated skin.
Do I have to wash it off?
If your skin is comfortable with it, you can simply allow it to dry. If you don't like the way it feels on your skin, rinse the area with water.
Can I use it on my face?
We don't recommend it. Our Magnesium Spray is intended for use on the body.
When should I use it?
Whenever it works for your routine. Many people like incorporating topical magnesium into their post-training or evening body-care routine.
How much should I use?
Start with a few sprays and adjust according to your preference and how your skin responds. More isn't necessarily better.
TWO INGREDIENTS. THAT'S THE WHOLE LIST.
There's a tendency to make everyday body care more complicated than it needs to be.
We'd rather do the opposite.
Magnesium chloride sourced from the Tibetan Plateau. Filtered water. An easy-to-use spray bottle.
No added fragrance. No essential oils. No unnecessary extras.
Magnesium, minus the bath.

BEST FOR
Everyday use • Citrus lovers • Fresh scents • Active days • Warm weather • Anyone who doesn't want a heavy or overly sweet scent
If you usually reach for something fresh, clean and citrusy, Summer is your season.
WHAT DOES SUMMER SMELL LIKE?
Fresh • Citrusy • Crisp • Uplifting
Summer opens bright and citrusy, then settles into something fresh and clean with a subtle forest-like edge.
It's not floral. It's not heavy.
It's the kind of scent that makes you think fresh air, sunshine and somewhere you'd rather be.
WHAT'S INSIDE — AND WHY
100% Organic Arrowroot Flour
Forms the lightweight, powdery foundation of our deodorant paste and helps give it its smooth, easy-to-apply consistency.
Organic Coconut Oil
Creates the creamy base of the paste, allowing it to soften against the warmth of your skin and spread easily.
Organic Bicarbonate Soda
A key part of our simple deodorant formula, included to help keep underarms feeling fresh throughout the day. We only add a small amount of Bicarbonate Soda - just enough to do the job.
Litsea Essential Oil
Bright, fresh and distinctly lemony. Litsea gives Summer much of its uplifting citrus character.
Siberian Fir Essential Oil
Adds a crisp, outdoorsy note that balances the sweeter citrus oils and gives the blend a little more depth.
Tea Tree Essential Oil
Sharp and unmistakably fresh, adding a clean botanical edge to the blend.
Wild Orange Essential Oil
Juicy, sweet and citrusy, rounding everything out with the scent of fresh orange.
Full ingredients: 100% Organic Arrowroot Flour, Organic Coconut Oil, Organic Bicarbonate Soda, Litsea, Siberian Fir, Tea Tree & Wild Orange Essential Oils.
HOW TO USE
Start with a pea-sized amount.
Warm the paste between clean fingertips until it softens, then gently massage into clean, dry underarms until evenly distributed.
That's it.
No complicated routine required.
Because coconut oil naturally changes consistency with temperature, your deodorant may become softer during warmer weather and firmer when it's cool. That's completely normal.
For external use only. Avoid applying to broken or irritated skin or immediately after shaving. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
WHICH SEASON ARE YOU?
Summer — Fresh + Citrusy
Bright, clean and uplifting.
Autumn — Earthy + Fresh
Deeper, grounding and slightly crisp.
Winter — Woody + Grounded
Earthy, clean and understated.
Spring — Floral + Bright
Fresh botanicals, florals and citrus.
Can't decide?
There's no rule saying you have to stick to one season.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Is Summer an antiperspirant?
No. Summer is a deodorant paste, not an antiperspirant. It's designed to keep your underarm routine simple without preventing your body from naturally perspiring as this is an important part of your body’s detoxing.
Does it contain aluminium?
No. Our deodorant paste is aluminium-free.
How much should I use?
Start with approximately a pea-sized amount per underarm. You don't need to pile it on — spread a small amount thoroughly and adjust from there.
Is Summer very sweet?
We'd describe it as fresh and citrus-forward rather than sweet. Siberian Fir and Tea Tree balance the brighter Litsea and Wild Orange.
Why has my deodorant gone soft?
That's the coconut oil doing what coconut oil does. Temperature changes its consistency, particularly during an Australian summer. Pop it somewhere cooler if you'd prefer a firmer paste.
SMELLS LIKE SUMMER. WORKS ALL YEAR.
Fresh citrus. Crisp botanicals. Simple ingredients.
Summer is the deodorant we made for people who want their underarms to smell fresh — not like they've walked through the perfume section of a department store.
Bright. Simple. Fresh.
FRESH FLORALS, BRIGHT CITRUS AND A LITTLE BIT OF SUNSHINE.
Spring is our most botanical seasonal blend — combining bright Bergamot and Wild Orange with Geranium and Ylang-Ylang, then grounding everything with Cedarwood.
It's floral without being overly sweet, citrusy without smelling like straight orange, and beautifully balanced for everyday wear.
Made with our simple organic arrowroot, coconut oil and bicarbonate soda base, Spring is aluminium-free and made here in Australia.

WHAT DOES SPRING SMELL LIKE?
Floral • Bright • Citrusy • Botanical
Bergamot and Wild Orange bring brightness.
Geranium and Ylang-Ylang add the floral heart.
Cedarwood sits underneath everything, grounding the sweeter notes and giving the blend more depth.
It's the most floral member of our seasonal family, but we've deliberately balanced it so it doesn't become overpoweringly sweet.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Is Spring an antiperspirant?
No. Spring is an aluminium-free deodorant paste designed for everyday freshness while allowing your body to perspire naturally.
Is Spring very floral?
It's the most floral of our four seasonal blends, but Bergamot, Wild Orange and Cedarwood help balance the Geranium and Ylang-Ylang so it isn't simply a sweet floral scent.
Does it contain aluminium?
No.
How much should I use?
Start with approximately a pea-sized amount per underarm and massage it in thoroughly.
Why does the texture change with the weather?
Organic coconut oil is one of our main ingredients and naturally changes consistency depending on temperature. Softer when it's warm, firmer when it's cold — completely normal.
SPRING, WITHOUT THE HAY FEVER.
Fresh citrus. Botanical florals. A little Cedarwood underneath it all.
It's bright, fresh and smells like the season that inspired it.
All the good bits of Spring. Just in a tin.
EARTHY UNDERNEATH. FRESH ON TOP.
Autumn is our deeper, earthier deodorant blend — combining grounding Patchouli with fresh Wintergreen and bright Grapefruit.
It's warm without being heavy, earthy without smelling overly woody, and finished with enough freshness to keep the whole blend balanced.
Made with our simple organic arrowroot, coconut oil and bicarbonate soda base, Autumn is aluminium-free and made here in Australia.

BEST FOR
Everyday use • Earthy scent lovers • Patchouli lovers • Men + women • Anyone wanting something deeper without being overpowering
If citrus deodorants feel too bright and floral scents aren't really your thing, Autumn might be your sweet spot.
WHAT DOES AUTUMN SMELL LIKE?
Earthy • Fresh • Warm • Grounded
Patchouli gives Autumn its deep, earthy foundation.
Then Wintergreen cuts through with a distinctive freshness before Grapefruit brightens everything with a clean citrus finish.
The result?
Grounded without being heavy. Fresh without smelling overly sweet.

Wintergreen Essential Oil
Adds a fresh, cool aromatic note that cuts through the deeper Patchouli and gives the blend its distinctive contrast.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Is Autumn an antiperspirant?
No. Autumn is a deodorant paste designed for everyday freshness while allowing your body to perspire naturally as this is an important part of your body’s detoxing.
Does it contain aluminium?
No. Our deodorant paste is aluminium-free.
Does Autumn smell strongly of Patchouli?
Patchouli provides the earthy foundation, but it isn't on its own. Wintergreen adds freshness and Grapefruit brightens the overall blend.
How much do I need?
Approximately a pea-sized amount per underarm is a good starting point.
Why does the consistency change?
Our formula contains coconut oil, which naturally becomes softer when warm and firmer when cool. It's normal and doesn't mean anything has gone wrong with your deodorant.
NOT EVERYTHING NEEDS TO SMELL LIKE FLOWERS.
Some of us prefer things a little earthier.
Patchouli underneath. Wintergreen through the middle. Grapefruit to brighten the whole thing up.
Autumn is grounded, fresh and unapologetically earthy.
Just how we wanted it.
WOODY. GROUNDED. NO SWEETNESS REQUIRED.
Winter is our deepest seasonal deodorant blend — an earthy combination of Patchouli and Cedarwood balanced with the fresh botanical edge of Tea Tree.
There's no floral sweetness and no big citrus hit.
Just a clean, woody, grounded scent that's understated enough for every day.

The coconut oil base means Winter will naturally become firmer during cold weather and softer when it's warm.
So yes, Winter might actually feel a little more solid in winter.
Warm it between your fingertips for a few seconds and you're good to go.
For external use only. Avoid broken or irritated skin and avoid applying immediately after shaving. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
WHICH SEASON ARE YOU?

Autumn — Earthy + Fresh
Winter — Woody + Grounded
Spring — Floral + Bright
If your response to "floral and fruity" is usually "no thanks", we'd point you towards Winter.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Is Winter an antiperspirant?
No. It's an aluminium-free deodorant paste, not an antiperspirant, as perspiring is an important part of the body’s detoxing.
Is this the most masculine scent?
We don't really believe scents need to be divided into men's and women's. But if you prefer traditionally woody, earthy and less-sweet fragrances, Winter is likely the one you'll gravitate towards.
Does it smell strongly of Tea Tree?
Tea Tree adds freshness, while Patchouli and Cedarwood provide the deeper character. It's designed as a blend rather than a single-note Tea Tree scent.
How much should I use?
A pea-sized amount per underarm is a good place to start.
My Winter deodorant is really firm. Is that normal?
Yes, particularly when it's cold. Coconut oil naturally firms at lower temperatures. Warm a little between your fingertips before applying.
FOR PEOPLE WHO DON'T WANT TO SMELL LIKE A FRUIT BOWL.
No big floral bouquet.
No overly sweet fragrance.
Just Patchouli, Cedarwood and Tea Tree in a simple aluminium-free deodorant paste.
Woody. Earthy. Fresh. Done.

WHAT’S INSIDE — AND WHY
Grass-Fed Beef Tallow
The nourishing foundation of the balm. Our grass-fed beef tallow gives the formula its rich, creamy base and that unmistakable Earth Child feel.
Non-Nano Zinc Oxide
The mineral ingredient at the heart of our Zinc Tallow Balm. It also gives the Non-Tinted formula its naturally white appearance.
Organic Cold-Pressed Coconut Oil
Helps soften the formula and contributes to the beautifully creamy consistency of the Non-Tinted balm.
Organic Cold-Pressed Jojoba Oil
A lightweight oil that complements the richer tallow and coconut oil, helping create a smooth balm that spreads easily across the skin.
Full ingredients: Grass-Fed Beef Tallow, Non-Nano Zinc Oxide, Organic Cold-Pressed Coconut Oil & Organic Cold-Pressed Jojoba Oil.
THE CREAMIER OF THE TWO
If texture matters to you, this is where the biggest difference between our two Zinc Tallow Balms comes in.
Our Non-Tinted formula is noticeably softer and creamier than our Tinted Zinc Tallow Balm.
Why?
The Tinted formula contains organic raw cocoa, which gives it its earthy tint but also creates a thicker, firmer consistency.
Without the cocoa, Non-Tinted stays softer, smoother and creamier.
If you love a balm that's easy to scoop, warm and spread — this is your one.
TINTED OR NON-TINTED?
Both start with the same simple foundation.
The difference is texture and finish.
Choose Non-Tinted if:
You prefer a softer, creamier consistency and don't mind the naturally white appearance of zinc oxide.
Choose Tinted if:
You prefer a thicker, firmer balm and want a subtle earthy tint from organic raw cocoa.
Neither is better.
They're just different.
HOW TO USE
Start with a small amount and warm the balm between clean fingertips until softened.
Gently massage onto the desired areas of skin, adding more as needed.
Because this formula contains zinc oxide and no added tint, a visible white cast can occur depending on the amount applied and your individual skin tone.
For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes.
This product is a cosmetic skin balm and is not a registered sunscreen.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What's the difference between Tinted and Non-Tinted?
The biggest differences are colour and texture. Non-Tinted is softer and creamier, while Tinted contains organic raw cocoa, giving it an earthy tint and a thicker, firmer consistency.
Why is the Non-Tinted balm white?
That's the natural appearance of the zinc oxide used in the formula. We don't add artificial colour to disguise it.
Does it leave a white cast?
It can. The appearance will depend on your skin tone, how much you apply and how thoroughly it's worked into the skin.
Does it contain fragrance?
No added fragrance or essential oils.
How many ingredients are in it?
Four. Grass-fed beef tallow, non-nano zinc oxide, organic cold-pressed coconut oil and organic cold-pressed jojoba oil.
Why is my balm softer or firmer depending on the weather?
That's normal for a balm made with natural fats and oils. Its consistency can change with temperature, becoming firmer when cool and softer when warm.
A LITTLE THICKER. A LITTLE EARTHIER. NATURALLY TINTED WITH COCOA.
Our Tinted Zinc Tallow Balm combines grass-fed beef tallow, non-nano zinc oxide, organic cold-pressed coconut oil and organic cold-pressed jojoba oil with one simple addition:
Organic raw cocoa.
The cocoa gives this balm its subtle earthy tint — but that's not the only difference.
It also changes the texture.
Compared with our creamy Non-Tinted Zinc Tallow Balm, the Tinted formula has a thicker, firmer and slightly drier consistency, giving it a more substantial feel in the tin.
Not much is needed - It takes a little more warming between your fingertips, but once softened, it spreads beautifully across the skin.
No synthetic colour. No artificial fragrance. No unnecessary fillers.
Five simple ingredients. That's the whole formula.

WHAT’S INSIDE — AND WHY
Grass-Fed Beef Tallow
The rich foundation of the formula, giving the balm its nourishing base and creamy tallow feel.
Non-Nano Zinc Oxide
The mineral ingredient at the heart of our Zinc Tallow Balm and responsible for zinc's naturally white appearance.
Organic Cold-Pressed Coconut Oil
Works alongside the tallow to soften the formula and help the balm melt as it's warmed between your fingertips.
Organic Cold-Pressed Jojoba Oil
A lightweight addition that helps balance the richer fats and gives the balm a smoother application.
Organic Raw Cocoa
The ingredient that sets Tinted apart.
Raw cocoa gives the balm its subtle earthy tint without relying on synthetic colourants.
It also changes the consistency of the formula, creating the thicker, firmer texture that distinguishes Tinted from our softer Non-Tinted balm.
Full ingredients: Grass-Fed Beef Tallow, Non-Nano Zinc Oxide, Organic Cold-Pressed Coconut Oil, Organic Cold-Pressed Jojoba Oil & Organic Raw Cocoa.
WHY IS TINTED THICKER?
It's the cocoa.
Adding organic raw cocoa doesn't just change the colour of the balm — it changes its consistency too.
It creates a slightly drier, firmer balm in the tin compared with our Non-Tinted formula.
And just to be clear: when we say slightly drier, we're talking about the texture of the balm itself, not how it's intended to leave your skin feeling.
Give it a few seconds between warm fingertips and it'll begin to soften, making it much easier to spread.
WHAT MAKES THE TINT?
No synthetic colourants here.
The earthy colour comes from organic raw cocoa.
We add it to soften the appearance of the naturally white zinc formula while keeping the ingredient list simple.
Because we're using a natural ingredient rather than creating a colour-matched makeup product, the tint may look different depending on your individual skin tone.
TINTED OR NON-TINTED?
They're close relatives — but they're definitely not identical.
Choose Tinted if:
You want the addition of a subtle earthy tint and prefer a thicker, firmer consistency.
Choose Non-Tinted if:
You'd rather have the softest, creamiest version and don't mind the naturally white appearance of zinc oxide.
Think of it this way:
Non-Tinted = creamy + white
Tinted = thicker + earthy
Simple.
HOW TO USE
Because Tinted is naturally firmer than our Non-Tinted formula, start by scooping out a small amount and warming it thoroughly between clean fingertips.
Once softened, gently massage onto the desired areas of skin and build as needed.
The natural cocoa tint can appear differently across different skin tones, so we recommend starting with a small amount until you find the finish you prefer.
For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What's the difference between Tinted and Non-Tinted?
Two main things: colour and consistency. Tinted contains organic raw cocoa, giving it an earthy tint and making the balm thicker and firmer. Non-Tinted doesn't contain cocoa, so it's noticeably softer and creamier.
Why is Tinted firmer?
The organic raw cocoa changes the consistency of the formula, making it thicker and slightly drier in texture than Non-Tinted.
Does that mean it dries out the skin?
No — when we describe it as “drier,” we're referring specifically to the consistency of the balm in the tin compared with our creamier Non-Tinted formula.
Where does the colour come from?
Organic raw cocoa. We don't use synthetic colourants to create the tint.
Will the tint match every skin tone?
It's not designed as a colour-matched foundation, so the finish will naturally vary between skin tones. Start with a small amount and build from there.
Does it contain fragrance?
There's no added fragrance or essential-oil fragrance blend. Because it contains real raw cocoa and other natural ingredients, you may notice their natural aroma.
Why does the consistency change with temperature?
Natural fats and oils respond to temperature. The balm may become firmer in cooler weather and softer in warmer conditions. This is normal.
