My pregnancy skincare ritual, now in one bundle.

When I was pregnant with my daughter, Mabel, my skincare got very simple, very fast. I wanted fewer ingredients, nothing synthetic, and products I could trust on skin that was changing every week.

Two products lived on my bedside table the whole way through: our Calendula Tallow Moisturiser and our Magnesium Spray. I used them religiously, morning and night. Smoothing tallow over my growing belly became a little daily check-in with her, and an evening spritz of magnesium on my legs, belly and feet became my signal to slow down.

So we've bundled that exact routine together, with a lip balm tucked in, and called it the Mama Ritual.

What's in the ritual

  • Calendula Tallow Moisturiser (100ml) — grass-fed tallow with calendula and vitamin E. Rich, gentle moisture for bellies, hips and chest.
  • Magnesium Spray (250ml) — simple magnesium chloride spray for legs, belly and feet as part of your evening wind-down.
  • Tallow Lip Balm (10g) — for the handbag, the bedside and the hospital bag.

How I used it

  • Morning: warm a small amount of Calendula Tallow between your palms and smooth over your belly, hips and chest.
  • Evening: spritz Magnesium Spray onto belly, legs and feet, massage in, then follow with tallow.
  • Anytime: lip balm, as often as you like.
