Returns

At Earth Child Essentials, we produce and package our products ensuring that only those meeting our strict quality standards are dispatched. We are unable to exchange or refund orders due to change of mind, and due to the nature of our products we do not refund or exchange products that have been used.

If you received incorrect or damaged items, notify us within 14 days from the date of purchase to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition you received it—unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase along with a photo of the product (if damaged).

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and inform you of the refund status. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Damaged in transit

If your order arrives damaged, email us a photo within 7 days and we’ll replace it immediately at no cost to you.
